Article 1: Fields of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale. These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed online on this website. Archisoft Group reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. Article 2: Availability of products - Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you or to reimburse you for it. - If one of the products in your order is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order.
Article 3: Acceptance of the offer - By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have the full legal capacity to bind you under these general conditions of sale. You will receive by email a confirmation of your order which will include its constituent elements. Our computer records, kept in reasonable security conditions, will provide proof of communications, orders and payments made. Article 7: Responsibilities - Archisoft Group cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. Article 8: Right of withdrawal - In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order, including in the case of a purchase on credit to inform Groupe Archisoft of its intention to withdraw and return any item that does not suit it and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all accessories in its original packaging, and not used (scratched or broken product) within 14 days of sending the decision to withdraw. This right of return only applies to products purchased from mainland France and only by mail order. Return costs in the event of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event of collection in store, the right of withdrawal cannot apply because the sale will not be made online but directly in store, with payment only being validated upon hand-delivery of the product to the customer. - Only individuals benefit from the right of withdrawal. If you registered a professional billing address when placing your order, you do not benefit from this right.
- You have the right to unpack your product and plug it in to check that it is working normally, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE IT.
- The product must be returned to us COMPLETE, CLEAN, WELL PACKAGED. If you have damaged the original packaging upon opening (excessively torn cardboard for example), if the appearance of the product is damaged or scratched or if an accessory is missing, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
- If you add tape to the original box of the product, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
- If the product respects all its instructions, but it arrives damaged to us, it's YOU WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE and the RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.

Article 10: Commercial warranty - Unless otherwise indicated, the commercial warranty on Archisoft Group products is 1 year (parts and labor). It includes return costs but shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. For any return of a product under warranty, the consumer must send an email to groupe.archisoft@me.com. A return slip to complete will then be returned to the consumer. The consumer also benefits from legal rights. The commercial guarantee does not preclude the rights linked to the legal guarantee of conformity linked to the contract.

Used products
The warranty applies to used products in the same way as new products. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
